This Sprezza Vintage Chore Jacket - often referred to as the engineer’s jacket for its use amongst railroad workers or the French labourer’s jacket translated to Bleu de Travail - features a 1960s chore coat design in a herringbone weave pattern, made from midweight 280gsm/7oz cotton twill fabric in the traditional and iconic classic blue colourway.
The mid-length workwear shacket has black embossed buttons and is suitable for various occasions including travel, casual outings, and workwear. The work jacket has a regular fit with a classic utility worker style, complete with pockets for convenience and double stitched collar for durability.
Ideal for year round wear it offers a stylish and practical option for men's outerwear - it’s likely a reason late photographer Bill Cunningham constantly wore one whilst riding his bicycle and taking photos of stylish folk around New York City.
